Jules Cooper lives on Anglesey and is guardian of a seven-acre smallholding and custodian to 5000 trees. Ever since she was little, she has been fascinated by nature and has been gathering wild food and medicine for as long as she can remember.
She is a strong advocate of sustainable harvesting from the seasonal wild larder and local landscape, believing it can help connect us deeper to our environment.
Since 2011 Jules has hosted events all over north Wales, including wild soup kitchens at festivals, wild food walks, wild women’s wellbeing gatherings, children’s foraging activities, as well as bespoke private events, including with RibRide.
