New Year, New Trips and NEW Adventures
We have added two NEW trips this year.. why not read below to get excited about the upcoming season!
STRAIT EXPLORER
Explore and enjoy the magnificence of the entire Menai Strait from Penmon to Abermenai on this 3 hour cruise onboard our amazing Explorer RIB.
After meeting your skipper at St George’s Pier, you will be kitted out in life jackets and given a short safety briefing before stepping aboard, settling into your seat and preparing for your adventure.
The open RIB allows for amazing 360° views of the beautiful Menai Strait and this trip takes in the length of this fascinating and unique stretch to water.
With so much to see and explore every trip is different… Discover the history of the flying boat hangars, the stone lions, Plas Newydd and Caernarfon Castle and the admire the picturesque towns of Beaumaris, Menai Bridge and Felinheli as you cruise on by. Whatever aspects your Skipper chooses to highlight (as you certainly won’t take it all in on one trip!) with the Glyder and Eryri mountain ranges as your backdrop, you are in for a spectacular journey.

CAERNARFON ADVENTURE
See Caernarfon Castle from a new perspective, on this fantastic journey along the Menai Strait.
There is so much to see along the Menai Strait and this Adventure RIB tour takes in the south western end. Experience the fascinating Swellies, with its whirlpools and tidal flows and enjoy majestic views of Plas Newydd, the elegant 18th century home of the Marquess of Anglesey.
After Plas Newydd, the picturesque village of Y Felinheli comes into sight, where the dock was once a thriving port exporting slate around the world from the nearby slate quarries of Dinorwig in Snowdonia/Eryri.
As you head towards Caernarfon Castle with the majestic Eryri mountain range as your backdrop, your Skipper will keep you entertained with various stories (all of which are true!) along the way.
This tour is on board one of our fleet of Adventure RIBs. These RIBS take up to a maximum of 11 passengers and can go up to 35knots (approx. 40mph)
