This week we have just received a new attraction accolade from Visit Wales, the ‘Hidden Gem’ award for smaller attractions or places of interest offering a very good customer experience.
“We are thrilled to be one of the ten ‘Hidden Gems’ in Wales. Menai Bridge now has two of the new awards. We congratulate Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens on giving visitors two very compelling reasons to visit the town,” Tom Ashwell, , RibRide Adventure Boat Tours.
In North Wales the ‘Hidden Gems’ are:
RibRide, Porth Daniel Boat Yard, Menai Bridge, Anglesey
Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens, Cadnant Road, Menai Bridge, Anglesey
Royal Welch Fusiliers Museum (Caernarfon Castle), Queen’s Tower, Caernarfon Castle, Caernarfon, Gwynedd
Lloyd George Museum, Llanystumdwy, Cricieth, Gwynedd
Ruthin Gaol, Clwyd Street, Ruthin, Denbighshire
What esteemed company!
“We had to achieve a score of over 85%, when we were assessed for excellence in customer experience. We are so please that our team and especially our skippers have been recognised in this way. Our skippers are expert mariners, highly trained and very knowledgeable. They make every trip an adventure and a memorable event for all our RIB Riders. Everyone takes home great memories and a big smile,” says Phil Scott, RibRide Adventure Boat Tours.
